Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds. However, we may offer an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.
All items must be returned in their original packaging and must not be damaged, worn, altered, or used in any way.
Exchanges will be issued for the same product or another product of equal value.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale or clearance items. Please check all sale items carefully before purchase.
Custom Wigs & Services
All custom wigs, made-to-order units, and personalised services (including installs, styling, and alterations) are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Due to the bespoke nature of these items, once a custom order has been confirmed, started, or completed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.
By proceeding with a custom wig or service, you acknowledge and agree that the final product is made to your specific requirements.
This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
